* * * UPDATE * * *
Last year, efforts were made to determine the level of interest in a Neighborhood
Watch program. Unfortunately, there were few responses. So, at this time, we
do not have enough interest in such a program to move forward. However, if you
are concerned about safety in our neighborhood and are interested in hosting a
neighborhood watch information meeting, please notify an officer.
Please remember that you need to obtain approval from
ACC/HOA officers BEFORE altering any outside area of your home. This includes
putting up a fence, painting trim or shutters, installing a patio cover,
gutters, etc. The list of restrictions is
and was also passed out to
all homes this summer. The officers have a monthly meeting and can review
your plans at that time.
|You Tell Us|
We are happy to add anything of interest to our residents to the newsletter or website. Please let us know if you
would like anything added to the newsletter or website!
The Angelle Estates Homeowner's Association has
received numerous complaints regarding vehicles
repeatedly parked along the street. It is a safety hazard as
vehicles have to drive around the parked ones. We have
many children who play on our streets; as well as,
residents and pets out for a walk. Please try to be as
courteous as possible by using your driveway whenever
When parking on the street (short-term) is unavoidable,
please refrain from parking too close to vehicles on the
other side of the street and creating a "bottleneck" which
causes frustration for drivers and danger to residents.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation with keeping our
streets clear and safe.
REMINDER: Along with being aware of where you are
parking, please remember that during the summer many
more children are out in the yards and the streets... be
alert and drive carefully!
