SMALL ANIMALS BEING ATTACKED!
Please be aware that several small animals, cats and rabbits,
have been attacked and killed in our subdivision. If you see
a large dog that you do not recognize as belonging to one
of your neighbors, please contact animal control
immediately. The animal control number is (225) 675-6557.
While the problem is currently limited to small animals,
children play in our neighborhood and we want to make
sure they are safe!!
Please make sure that your own pets are kept on leashes or
in fences. This will help make sure your pet is not turned
in to animal control by mistake.

BEFORE starting a renovation or home improvement which will affect the outside of your home. This includes
painting the exterior of your home, putting up a fence, erecting a storage shed, etc.
(Please call at a reasonable time of day.)

Liability Insurance
|
The Board is looking into purchasing a liability insurance policy for the association. This was
discussed at the fall fest. We will advise homeowner’s if/when this is completed. You should
check your personal homeowner’s insurance policy to verify whether or not you have any coverage for
liability against the association.

Facebook???
The Board is working on a Facebook page to update homeowner’s on upcoming events and
to post warnings and notices. Look for us on Facebook soon!

Your Item Here!!!
Our bimonthly newsletter provides good information, but sometimes it's easier for our
busy families to receive information electronically via email or on the internet. That
is why this site was built.
It is my intention to provide a forum for our neighborhood. I will also be implementing
an 'opt-in' email alert list so that you can receive any timely information we'll be
presenting at this site.
If desired, a "member's only" area can be created.
I also think this would be a great place to advertise your service.
If you have any suggestions or comments, I'd like to hear them. You can email me
by clicking --> HERE!
Help make this a site everyone can use!

Yards!
Grass is growing very quickly now that it is springtime. Now is the time to tidy up your yard so that it is easier
to maintain throughout the summer. Please weed your flowerbeds and mow the grass! If you don't have time to keep
up with your yard, there are several services in the area or call one of the HOA Officers if you have questions.
